About the webinar
What makes a Community of Practice (CoP) successful? What are the differences between meeting face-to-face and meeting online? Who decides what is discussed? How can we measure the impact of a CoP?
This webinar describes how Communities of Practice were set up in the British Council teaching centres in Spain and cover information about facilitator training, choice of topics, and timetabling among other things. We also look at the move from face-to-face to online CoPs, and explore the challenges and advantages. Finally, advice is offered on how to measure potential impact on classroom practice.
