I have followed every instruction provided - I commenced the introduction to the course but can not seem to find my progress or how to login in. I am enrolled on the Online skills for 21st century teachers but wonder why login would be so challenging.

Hello

Sorry to hear you are having problems. If you have already started the course, to access the course website again you need to be logged in, and then you can either click on the link: https://open.teachingenglish.org.uk/Home/MyProgrammes or, you should see the "MY PORTFOLIO" tab in the top left of the page. Click on that tab and then on "My courses" - this will also take you to the courses website.

Hope this helps. If you are still having problems, please let us know.

Hey.
all your courses are hard to enroll in and even harder to follow up with a courses after you enrolled because:
there's no link to enter course materials.
the only way to do it is if you enter it through the phone version on the desktop.

please fix it.
+ We all cleared the cache and log out and in again,

it doesn't work.

please fix it.

Dear Mohammed,

Thank you for contacting us. I can see from your account that you have successfully enrolled on one of our courses. I am sorry that you are still having problems accessing the training platform.

Hello, I enrolled for the course and finished learning it, but I can't unfortunately download my certificate after completion of the course as all I can see in the "My rewards" section is just small written words telling me that I've already completed the course and showing me the expiry date of my certificate but there's no certificate at all. I've tried logging in and out several times to see if the problem will be solved but ending in vain. So could you please help me out with this issue? Or why can't the certificates be downloaded through a link on Gmail on the mail telling us that we've completed the course? That'd be so easier.
