About the webinar
Intercultural learning is understood as a process of becoming more culturally conscious and respectful of the differences that make up today's global world. In this webinar, we will examine the concept of intercultural learning and how it can be promoted in the language classroom. Specifically, we will look at ways you can adapt your textbooks' content to make it more interculturally oriented through appropriate and equitable representation and thought-provoking activities.

About the speaker
Dr Amina Douidi holds a doctorate degree from the University of Southampton where she investigated the intercultural potential of Algerian English textbooks and their use in the classroom. She is an EAP teacher and a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) consultant for publishing houses.
