If you are still having problems, please use the 'Help' button on the training course platform

Once more, I´d like to say congrats to the British Council team for this amazing course. From my point of view, it is very useful to understand both young learners and adults. I found clear and easy explanations besides wonderful instructions and advises which, if you have patience to teach your students or love teaching, I´m sure you´ll see good reactions/results . Nice job

Hi Mohammed,

I'm really sorry that you haven't been able to start the course yet - here in 'TeachingEnglish' comments we can offer general advice but usually if there are deeper problems it's because of the mix of the site and your computer. Where are you in the process when you can't go any further? Are you logged into teaching English? Can you see 'My portfolio'? (If you can you should simply see the course, if you can't see it, you should be able to use the technical 'HELP' button to get more help). Have you followed all the steps laid out on the 'How do I sign up for the course' instructions?   Hope some of this helps and you can meet other colleagues and the educators on the course soon:). Let us know if you have accessed it :)
