Hi. I am finding it difficult to register. When I log into my account I see other courses but not the 1 I want to register in. I can't see my portfolio option.
Could you please help?

Hi Houcine,

The course starts on the 19th July, if you can see other courses on your profile now it means it's working fine, and you'll be able to join us on the 19th.

Hi Malak,

Check that you are not logged into your TeachingEnglish account on a different device or browser. Log out of your account on all devices and browsers, and log in again. See if you can see your portfolio, Click or tap 'My courses' from there. You should be taken to your training course from the day it starts (19th July). If you still can't access your course, log out, clear the cache on your browser and log in again.

Hope that helps and you can start the course on the 19th!

Hi Narmadha,

I'm not sure why you can't see it - log on ( make sure your are logged out of other devices), go to 'My Portfolio' then 'My courses' and you should see the 'My awards' menu - it's visible on your account from this side, and you have a certificate for the 'Climate action' course.
