The best English teacher
the best English teacher should tell me what I'm doing well, and then what can I do, to be better. Not only pointing what's wrong. But award a prize for something.

To know to teach with a clarity in expression.
To teach humorously even a ethnic matter.
To have known more aspects that enable you to tie up even a rude student.
To converse only in English on teaching to non-native of English.
