This lesson introduces learners to a popular song about actions with a series of structured activities.

In this lesson, learners will be introduced to the popular song 'I can run'. They will listen to the song, complete comprehension activities, practise the vocabulary and structure in the song, and sing the song. Finally learners can do some extension work based on the song, surveying their classmates and creating new verses for the song.

How do you get the songs to play? I clicked on them to hear what they were like, and it wouldn't work...

Hi - to access the song, you need to click the link in the lesson plan - here it is: http://learnenglishkids.britishcouncil.org/en/songs/i-can-run You will also need to log on to the LearnEnglish Kids website to access the song there. Hope that helps, Cath
