Teachers need to be checked?
Every school system has a lot of written and unwritten rules. Young teachers are supposed to accept the established conventions. Overcoming or improving these sets of principles may become a challenge for some people, who according to their personality will try new paths designed to improve the existing rules, felt as constraining and inadequate to their activity.
