Creative feedback

Watch a recording of the fourth webinar in our 'Creativity' series with Claire Steele and Sarah Smith. This webinar explores giving creative feedback to our learners.

About this series of webinars

Between April and November 2022, Claire Steele and Sarah Smith from eltonix will be running a series of six webinars looking at different aspects of creativity in the language classroom. Alongside our regular webinar schedule, Claire and Sarah will give a monthly 60-minute online workshop on a range of related themes, including:

About this webinar

In the first three webinars on Creativity, we explored creative task design which encourages creative, meaningful, and highly personalised output. But the story doesn’t end there! Student output needs feedback, and this includes feedback on task completion, on the learning process and on language – after all, we are language teachers! Feedback can be driven by the teacher, by our classmates and we can also encourage students to self-reflect. How can this be done creatively?

In this webinar, we explore:

  • What to give feedback on
  • Creative ways to give feedback to our students
  • Creative ways to encourage peer feedback and self-reflection

Recorded on Wednesday 27 July 2022
