Becoming a Clean, Green, Educating Machine

Watch a recording of this webinar with Harry Waters, looking at how we can help our students adopt a greener mindset.

About the webinar

This workshop starts by taking a brief look at the ways we can help our students adopt a greener mindset. The next stage of the workshop looks at some of the common objections teachers and students have towards the climate crisis in class. We then take a brief look at simple ways of "Greening" our classroom with practical ideas on what we can do and how we can address the objections made by colleagues and students.

This workshop gives you practical ideas and materials to help you include a sustainable spin to every lesson and shine a positive light on what we can do to help make a healthier planet.

A handout from the session is available to download below. You can also download a series of lesson plans and activities from Renewable English below.

That was FUN! A big thank you to Harry Waters and Paul Braddock for another webinar among the many webinar series I have attended....today was the 7th, “This course exceeded my expectations and refreshed my teaching abilities. It was so good! It helped me overcome my hesitations about teaching online as you make all look so easy! Been thinking about it, and I will do it! It is very helpful and truly it is an excuse to say learners are not interested......will definitely use the hats in one of my classes 😂Once again thank you for the good lesson, I bow with hats down to you 🎩👒🧢👑🎓#Idislikenumbersthough 🤦‍♀️ managed to follow though.🎶🎵🎼🥂❣💃 KUDOS!
