I love being a teacher because it's one of the jobs in the world with the highest degree of professional satisfaction.Nothing makes me happier than the moment when I see my students, once unable to understand one English word, capable to manage real-life situations in English.I also work with young children and their eagerness and enthusiasm when learning English is absolutely great.
the best, the most exhilarating moment for me is when i start to feel being unnecessary in my classroom and seeing my students retracing my footprints. i feel happy, satisfied
While teaching may not be the most lucrative job it is probably the most rewarding from a personal angle. Many join the teaching profession out of a need for a job or maybe because at that time they had no other option, but as you continue to teach it begins to grow on you. Many remain while others move on.
In my case the most interesting part of the teachers experience and work is when your students ask you questions. Every question brings with it a new dimension or a new idea that you may not have thought of. This can be used for new students.
I believe that teachers learn from students as much as they learn from their own experience.
Cheers
I'm really happy to see many of my friends in this video :) and I couldn't agree more with them - what makes teaching fascinating and the best profession in the world are the people we meet - students and other teachers alike!
Cheers - Chris
Dear Colleagues,
Interesting and gratifying feedback from all colleagues above.
Being a teacher isn't just challenging. It's above all rewarding and helps us grow at different levels in our life. Whenever we recognise in our students' smiles and accomplishments the fruitful results from the teaching/learning experience, that brings about a renewed motivation.
In our view, it's always impressive to observe the students' personal and academic growth and how both parties- teachers and students - are greatly indebted to each other for life.
Enjoy your daily teaching/learning interaction!
Cheers,
Maria
I like communicate with my students. I like to see their enthuastic eyes when they keen to learn something new and when the try what they have learnt. It is great to be a teacher because you always communicate with young generation. It means you never get older. I like my 1st grades which are adorable and full of love and eagerness. Sometimes my fisrt grade students take me by hand which I like a lot. When they do that I throw away all my pressure, it saves my day. I like to spend exra time with them on different projets. It exposes me my students' skills and personality more than in a classroom.
i like being a teacher because its a great satisfaction when you teach young people about things they dont know and it seems that you never get older.
best regards,
Subject can be learnt & based on the content but english as a language can be acquired through the atmosphere. It comes through the family, society & the world around us. It is not at all confined to the four walls of the class room. It is beyond methods and beyond the walls.
