      Discipline in the classroom

      It depends on different factors, of course. The most important of all, as for me, is the students motivation. The more motivated they are the better the discipline is in the classroom. Though we shouldn't forget about the level of the teacher's knowledge.

      Every student is individual.But we all students get together in the classroom we do need to have a learning environment.Sometimes some of students made noisy voice in the classroom,for that i kept quiet and looked at them smiling,used body language to ask them:what happened?let them know it wasn't wise to do so.It did work.
