VideoJug is a video-sharing website with lots of how-to clips & interviews. One particularly nice feature is that a number of the videos have transcripts, which makes it especially easy to create lessons based on them, copyight permitting, of course. Most of the videos appear to be original content and thus not subject to sudden deletion.
