As well as the grammar and vocabulary exercises for the whole Headway coursebook series, there is an Everyday English dialogues section. Students can listen to a conversation and see the tapescript at the same time, then make the tapescript and audio disappear for one of the speakers so studnets can take their place in the conversation.
