You don't have to wait till you complete your plan to assess your progress. It's a good idea to look at how you are getting on at different points along the way. This will help you to adjust your plan, eg, you may have over or under-estimated the time needed. Perhaps the tools you selected are not helping, or perhaps your actions have opened up other possibilities you want to explore. You decide when and how often to assess your progress and remember your plan is flexible - make any changes or adjustments you feel are appropriate.
