There are a number of institutions in the UK that provide short courses for teacher trainers and educators. For a list of short courses provided in the UK go to: www.educationuk.org. From the drop down Your Study Options menu, choose Study English in the UK. Then choose Courses for Teachers under Types of Course.

Many certificate, diploma and Masters' post-graduate courses include modules that are of relevance to teacher educators. Go to the Education UK website (www.educationuk.org) and enter English language teaching under Subject Keyword and Postgraduate under Type of Course to access a list of courses provided by institutions.
