There are a number of short courses in ELT management offered by institutions in the UK. For a list of short courses provided in the UK go to: www.educationuk.org. From the drop down Your Study Options menu, choose Study English in the UK. Then choose Courses for Teachers under Types of Course. Using the Key Word search function can narrow your options further.

English UK offers training days on management issues in the UK (www.englishuk.com/training/). The same organisation also provides the DELTM (Diploma in ELT Management) course.

Many ELT and TESOL Masters' courses in the UK include an optional module in ELT Management. Go to the Education UK website (www.educationuk.org) and enter English language teaching under Subject Keyword and Postgraduate under Type of Course to access a list of courses provided by institutions.
