Train was launched in May 2010, and is the place to go if you are looking for training materials for teachers and teacher trainers.

For teachers, there are videos and self-access online training courses on topics such as using learning technologies and teaching primary learners. You’ll also find information about face-to-face training courses the British Council offers.

For teacher trainers there are downloadable workshop materials, including guidelines on how to use them and worksheets for participants on topics such as grammar and learning styles and plus samples from rom the British Council face-to-face teacher training courses. Print them off and you have a ready prepared training session to run for teachers in your school.
