Our latest featured blog of the month is Alex Walsh’s Alien Teachers. Alex is an English teacher in Seoul, South Korea, and set up his website in order to, amongst other things, share his research, lesson plans, and thoughts on teaching EFL. He believes that as teachers we shouldn’t ever stop learning or developing. In “Payback Time: Lessons From The Harshest Teacher Trainers (My Students!)” Alex reports back his findings after taking the brave step of inviting his students and co-teachers to rate his performance in the classroom. 

His reflections not only provide a number of valuable insights relevant to many of us, but remind us all of the value of soliciting classroom feedback, even though we may not want to!
