      'In English Digital' is the phoenix rising from the ashes of the print form magazine 'In English', which was last printed by British Council Portugal in 2008. 'In English Digital' is an e-zine for teachers of English and, while written by teachers and other ELT professionals from the Lusophone world of Portuguese speaking countries, will be of interest to all teachers of English as a foreign language. The first edition is now available below, and contains articles from contributors from Portugal, Mozambique, Angola and Brazil, amongst others.

      The e-zine can be viewed online below. The magazine will appear up to three times a year, and if you wish to be notified when each edition is published then please write to In.English@pt.britishcouncil.org

      Dear Fitch and All

      Thank you Fitch, it´s a great contribuition to ELT, we will definitely share it with many people as we can. This is an initiative that should come to stay. The format is so nice, easy to move from page to page, it will atract many readers. We should read and discuss issues on it as a way of exploring the articles and share experiences the e-zine expose us to... my suggestion.

      We have come to congratulate you on this fantastic, innovative first edition of In English Digital. Long live it and all Staff involved! 

      Dear Fitch, I have really started browsing through its pages, beginning fom your enjoyable editorial. The nice introductory image displaying the "5-vowel" steps... might be associated to the first steps in this e-zine, I think... There are relevant, diversified articles, all of them motivating within their targeted topic. This e-zine has been added to my Personal Learning Tools.
