Cyberbullying
While many children and young people enjoy positive and creative experiences when using the internet or a mobile phone, a minority is using these technologies negatively. Cyberbullying – as defined by the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) - is the use of ICT, particularly the internet and mobile phones, deliberately to upset someone else. It is considered an extension of offline bullying and invades previously safe environments. Read more
