Powerpoint for teachers

This is something I've already blogged about - if you have the right facilities in your classroom, powerpoint can be a very useful addition to your teaching toolkit.
If you're interested in some of the techniques mentioned here, there's another video that explains how to create the 'word bank': http://www.teachingenglish.org.uk/blogs/rob-lewis/powerpoint-teachers-part-2

I really enjoyed that, I need to learn powerpoint!
Thanks very much
The tips suggested are useful.
It seems very useful... but, first of all I need to be better at powerpoint :D
Thanks a lot for the inspiration . . .
Thanks for leading our attention to a very effective and attractive tool which brings variety into the classroom. It also provides a totally different way of assessing students’ existing knowledge in large classes in a shorter time.
Thank you. Rob!

Thanks everyone for your comments! I think your point is a good one which I hadn't thought of, Abdu Ben Ali, that it's very useful for larger classes.
