      In this lesson students will gain an overview of what climate change is. They will read some short texts, exchange information and make notes. They will also learn some useful vocabulary on the topic.

      Level: B1/B2

      Aims:

      • to help students develop their understanding of what climate change is
      • to introduce and practise some vocabulary of climate change
      • to ask and answer questions to find out about climate change
      • to develop note-taking skills

      Hi,

      I like the idea of this lesson plan because the topic is relevant and raises the issue of the denial of the problem. It raises the awareness of taking care of Nature and environment and can be a springboard to an interesting discussion.

      I have to be honest that I really knew to this english teaching activities and I really looking for help in developing my skill, thats why I become a member of this website. I found it very-very colourful, useful and good about this website. The ideas are so fresh but advance. Thank you so much, since this topic really interesting, not just because it is an up to date, wideworld topic, but also a worth knowledge that students in all levels must know. Regards from me.
