A good place to start for this kind of enquiry is the Education UK website. It should help you find out where you can study, and give you more information to help you make the decision.

Good luck!

Hi,

I have just completed Ma course in Applied Linguistics at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. The course involves modules, which relate to TESOL teaching. The lectures are run by very diversed and hihgly-educated staff. Also the library offers a wide range of books on linguistics. Besides, the price for a full time course is quite reasonable as it only costs £4000 . The most interesting part of the coure was definitely SLA, which let me discover a lot about myself and my students and  extra linguistics factors, which may affect second language learning. I heard the other day that there is a University in Wales, which offers  MA course in Cognitive Linguistics.  This sounds really interesting!;)
