I am doing Masters in Applied Linguistics, and in this semester I had chosen ' Language Teaching Methods' as one of my courses, as a result of which I have been asked to submit a Teaching Portfolio for an Adult ESL Class (Intermediate Level). This is how the lecturer described it :

The teaching tasks portfolio presents tasks designed for a specific teaching context. In addition a 2000 words theory underpinning your an organised sequence of tasks for classroom implementation is required.

I am so confused! I reckon I will present a task to teach story narration, sequential form etc. Any tips and useful ideas will be much appreciated!
