Hello, Does anyone know where I can get free material for step by step training on English Teaching online. Do you have any suggestions?

I've got   over 7 years ESL teaching but I don't feel comfortable with the fact that students are at the other end.

 I have been jobless for the past 8 months. The problem is that the only good contracts I am being offered are online but I don't know jow to go about it.

How do I solve this problem?
