Teaching children, adolescents and adults

Hi everyone,
I am TESOL-majored and I am to design 3 activities which convey the same content but can accommodate the learning of learners at three age levels: children, adolescents and adults. I find it really difficult because I lack practical experience. Can you give me some advice or suggestions?
Thanks!

Hi this year i have a class of younger pupils and to tell you the truth i had the same difficulties as you but i realised that pupils wanted kind of games and fun to remember words and structures so i used it.
For me the "horror" is over - the children are going better and love to have english lessons.
thanks
