Hello my colleagues of profession. I'm facing such a hard problem in my class. I have a student who cannot learn. She does try hard to learn and use her English, but unfortunately she cannot. She cannot understand me when I speak English, she cannot do the listening, writing and reading exercicies on her own.
However during the tests she is able to get the least average. Then she is allowed to go to the next stage.
Next year she will start the advanced level of the course without having leant the most basic ones.

I feel a little guilty about this, but I don't know what to do to make her improve her skills.

Please, give me advice.
I'd be glad...
