      Self evaluation questionnaire

      Hi

      I am working on a project about self evaluation for the Trinity TESOL Diploma.  I need to collect as many replies as possible to a very short questionnaire (see link below with 8 questions).   I would be very grateful if any experienced teachers (with more than two years experience) could spare a couple of minutes to answer my questions.

      All you have to do is click on the link, click your answers to 8 multiple-choice questions and hit 'Send'.  It is very quick to complete and your answers are confidential.

      It didn't take very long, the surveymonkey site is pretty cool might make a survey of my my own someday.

      Thank you very much for all your replies to my questionnaire.   I am very grateful.   I shall send you the results when I have collected all the replies. 

      The questionnaire is still open for a little while longer!
