      Dear friends ,

      I am a novice in teaching profession and I am teaching English for secondary school students in IGCSE syllabus. Well,  I have been entrusted to conduct a workshop for the students of grade 10[IGCSE]. Can anybody give some suggestions to conduct a work shop for students who pursue IGCSE syllabus.I am sure that your suggestions would be greatly helpful to me.

      Hi,,, This is Padma from India. I have dealt with IGCSE syllabus and could produce good results too. Please give useful hints to the students based on all the skills ,,, reading, writing and listening. You can make them listen the same topics and ask them do the test. Make the teachers correct the reading, writing and listening test papers,,, if u are conducting it for teachers.. If it is for students... u need to give them important clues for writing the exam well.

      Also provide recent question papers to teachers and guide them how to evaluate, enhance the skills of reading, writing and listening. Please concentrate on creativity in writing, comprehension skills and exam tips which are essential... Many teachers require these things....

      Greetings;

      I have been requested to teach a year 10 International School student, English but I am pretty much confused of the syllabus as when i checked the webpages available there are a few types of english offered like the first language, second language, oral and etc...can someone pls explain to me...really need your help
