This is really annoying

Hello, everyone
Here, I have a problem in my classroom because of my friends, teacher, not of my students. Actually, I'm not a leader in my class. I am an assistant teacher. There are four sharers in my class including me. But as luck would have it, my friends do not know how to motivate or attract their students. I'm alright with the students but how can I train my friends as they won't listen to me on the cause of being friends. My teacher as well do not seem to worry for her class but may be she doesn't know. Otherwise, I do not want to tell my teacher. I'd like to shape my friends on my own way.

Hi paingsetaung,
This is a common problem for teachers sharing a class with other teachers. You can offer your colleagues to observe your classes and take notes about the strenghts and weakness of each. It's a good idea to have an fixed observation task and take notes on it. After the observation, you can discuss your teaching accordingly. Therefore, you and your colleagues can notice what goes well and not in your teachings. However, while commenting, dont forget to start from the positive ones and dont be so harsh on your colleagues. It's a great way to develop teaching skills and notice the points that a teacher needs to work on.

I think the peer observation idea is a good one, and the notes taken will be a good impetus for discussion of the aspects that worry you about your friends' teaching.
You could also try sharing some activity ideas. You could take it in turns to find/develop a materia and activity, and then evaluate together whether each of these worked well, and why (not). This may give your friends a chance to see that some of your ideas seem to motivate and engage students more than some of theirs, and again provide a chance for discussion.
