      Olympic Games Project, Fier, Albania

      I have planned a project with the topic : Olympic and Paralympic games 2012.  it will be held near the end of December 22nd or 23rd.

      Students are divided into three teams according to the classes that they belong. the groups have to prepare:

      1. a leaflet concerning Olympic  games, Paralympic games and London 2012 games

      2. three power point presentations

      3. three poster with essays concerning the same topics

      4. a Newspaper entitled Olympic express giving information on olympic games

      5. several work of arts such as paintings and posters

      It will be held in "Sotir Capo" High School,Fier, Albania.

      Students are chosen from 1st,2nd,3rd grades. they will wear a t-shirt with the different colours for each grade and different olympic logos.

      Sounds really good. Did you think of including some fun games activities to practise vocabulary, etc.? As far as I understood your students are very young learners and I think that having some game activities will help them remember facts and dates related to the Olympics and Paralympics in a faster and easier way. Good luck!
