What nationality stamps have you got?
is this scentence correct. It should be national stamp. I'm very confused. Please, send me any ideas clarify the structure

Well, we would say "a British stamp" or "A German stamp" so I guess nationality is the word to describe that. Nonetheless, "What nationality stamps" sounds very unnatural. I think that we would probably rather say "WHat countries have you got stamps from?"
