Well, we would say "a British stamp" or "A German stamp" so I guess nationality is the word to describe that. Nonetheless, "What nationality stamps" sounds very unnatural. I think that we would probably rather say "WHat countries have you got stamps from?"

      Hope that helps!

Good day! National from grammatical point of view is adjective and stands before nouns and explain them.Stamp is noun, that is why we must say-What national stamps? Nationality -is a noun, we can say-What is your nationality?-answer is-My nationality is...

Maybe it has no use for replying late. But I definitely know the correct answer:Which national stamps do you have?
