      might and may

      Hello, my name is Antonio and I am teaching English to 7 - 12 year old kids. My question is: what do you think it's the best way to teach the use of might and may? Many of my students still get very confused on how to use correctly those words and despite my explanations in their native language they still make mistakes. What do you recomend me to do?

      Try to speak in  very simple English. In fact, they are not so different. Might is more common. When I was a child a was taught that MIGHT suggests a possibility smaller than MAY and that MAY also is used to ask for permission in a polite way.
