How to encourage English teachers speak English with their students instead of Bahasa Indonesia?

Dear All

I am working under English Department of a secondary school at Medan, Indonesia.

Our English teachers tend to speak Bahasa Indonesia with students and their colleagues instead of English.

What can I do to motivate them to speak English so that students can be encouraged as well?
