      Help and advice needed.

      I have just recently passed my TEFL course and i am now looking for work in China but the main problems I am finding are my age (I am 50 next month) and no teaching experience.

      Can anybody give me some help and advice on crossing this barrier.

      First, I would like to congratulate you...I think experiencing teaching in real life by doing is much more important than learning teaching in a course or school..and of course you are going to be successful in a short time if you're eager enough and potentially talented on teaching. Have you got any experience abroad, because it will help a lot. good luck, I am sure it will be promising for you...
