      Hi A'Munem,

You can improve your English searching for "Listening activities with transcript". There are plenty on Internet. This way you can listen to the audio and read along with the transcript.

A good tip is to work on one text a whole week or more time, following some steps:

      1. Firstly, only listen to the audio, trying to understand as much as you can.

      2. After that, listen and read along with the transcript.

      3. Circle the words you don't know yet and look them on a dictionary.

      4. Listen to the audio and read along with the transcript. Do that some times, till you fully understand everything, I mean, till you get really familiar with the words and expressions used. After that, repeat the listening and reading focusing your attention on the pronunciation of words and its intonation in the sentences.

      5. After that, read the text aloud. If you have a recorder, use it, and then compare your pronunciation with the original one.

      6. At last, just listen to the audio repeatedly. This last activity provides the "input", so after a period of time you will surprise yourself talking kind or fluently those sentences from the audio+script you study as the steps above.

When you finish all this study process above with one audio+script, then go to the next audio+script.

If you are a beginner, start with short material (audios from 2 to 5 minutes lenght). When you feel it gets easier then the beginning, gradually increase the length of the audios you choose to use.

I hope these tips help you.

      Have a good practice!
