      Following on from the successful YLT Conference, supported by IATEFL YLT SIG, in March 2010, we decided to host another British Council Conference.  The theme this year focused on Teacher Development but also included Teacher Trainer Development and a lot of work on Student Development whether inside or outside the classroom.

      We were delighted to host Ms. Anne Wiseman as our plenary speaker and Ms. Noreen Caplen-Spence as our featured speaker.  It was nice to welcome both back to Qatar.  We had an incredibly diverse range of workshops throughout the day, all of which are available here.  If you would like to contact any of the presenters of the workshops, please add a comment and I will forward it to them.

      British Council Qatar would like to extend its thanks to Amna Bint Wahab Independent Secondary School for Girls for graciously hosting the conference in their school.

      why it`s only for Qatar members  ? i hope to attend such things outside my country n to share ideas face to face n hope to be invited.
