      This conference explored the dual themes of how to plan and organise professional development for teachers and for managers in English language teaching. In addition to talks and workshops from the invited speakers above, the conference included seminars from managers and trainers who are working within the Russian context.

      It included plenary talks, a closing panel discussion and there were parallel workshops on teacher and management professional development. One of the most remarkable features of the conference was Pecha Kucha evening.
