Lately, I have been thinking of how much a teacher should smile and be flexible in a classroom, especially in a young learners classroom. It must be really difficult to smile and laugh after a tiring day or week and may be years of teaching but isn't it essential for especially young learners' phychological development. Or am I being too emotional and expecting to reach young learners with a mother-like attitude?
