      For a while now, the paradigm of ‘flipping’ the classroom and reversing the way teachers and lecturers traditionally approach developing students knowledge has been gaining quite a lot of credence

      Monitoring the teachers?

      Monitoring the teachers in class and giving them a feedback would be a great motivator. This is one of the suggestions to keep teachers motivated.
