For me is a pleasure doing this blog. And I would like learn or know about this topic.

As a teacher of English for 8 years, I subconsciously call myself as expert in teaching. What makes it worst is the willingness to learn something new isn't really much owned.

Pair work is the way to go for a successful class. Most activities in the class aim at one thing - reduce the amount of TTT (Teacher Talking Time).
