After almost six years of working with mixed ability classes in a private catholic school, where solidarity is promoted, I'd like to say that I have smelt a bit of success dealing with my advanced
Could anyone suggest some good readers for intermediate and advanced students between the ages of 14 - 17. Some groups are girls only, and others are mixed.
Students behaving badlly is nothing new, but each year the problem seems to get worse, especially with teenage students. Being a student counsellor I have to deal with these things very often.

I have just listened to an interesting podcast (you don't have to download, sign up to anything etc, you can just listen without any commitment or passwords!) from Steve Kaufmann who is the king of LingQ.com (an excellent language learning site btw).
