A “palindrome” reads the same backwards as forward. I have learnt this term quite recently. Maybe, you already know this term but I want to share my thoughts how we can use palindromes in the class.
This paper sets out to shed light on the most important aspects referring to the reading process and strategies utilized by the readers of a foreign language when processing the written text. Here is an activity to challenge the students' reading skills at intermediate level and give them controlled speaking practice in a role play. The learners have to put a jumbled conversation into the correct order and can then act it out in pairs. The conversation takes place in a Travel Agent's.
