CELTA course is one the most important qualification for International teachers. What requirements should I have in order to get CELTA certificate?

Yesterday we did good job with my students. It was so hot in the classroom and decided to learn outside the shades of the buildings and beyond the trees. It became fascinating lesson with fun and enthusiasm. Especially students liked this lesson much which is dedicated to Green week and The Earth Day. there wes soft and mild Breeze around us which was singing lovely song..... so impressive. :)))))
Sometimes we should teach other conditions rather than inside the classroom.
If you have got enough talent or ability to do something, is any kind of certificate or qualification essential? exactly in teaching. Because great people never got certificates or degrees from any Universities or colleges. And I also saw such kind of people who can't do anything on their field but they have got good qualification. However, when you want to apply for any kind of job, you are asked about the qualification first. What is your opinion?
Inversion takes important role in teaching too. but I can't find good resourse for Inversion in order to learn and teach. Can you give some advice about inversion and resourse which is dedicated to inversion. I know I have got enough problems with inversion. Thanks beforehand
Nearly I have finished the book of "500 activities for the Primary Classroom" by Carol Read. of course it's an excellent book. the problem is that I can't implement all advice and activities in the classroom completely even my students aren't primary students because of students' attitude, environment, thinking and others...... How Can I do to perform perfectly.
I agree with yor point of view. To be honest, there are some people with a bunch of certificates and qualificatons, but nothing original on their mind. But it is their own business, I guess. Whenever a person who is rich with his/her own original ideas, he/she can easily show herself/himself in front of society. For being employed somewhere it is just natural to be askedabout your qualification. They need to know who are you indee?
Zohidjon aka, what is your course book? May be you have chosen the activities which are irrelavant to your topic? ime by time have a look at Teacher's Book too. Now I'm using Straightforward and it's so interestng activities in it's teacher's book. just can't help enjoying. Sometimes keep th shape of the activity,but change the discussing topic. Actually, the subjects are different all around the world, but the methodology is the same. Do you remember activities from the PC project? Have you ever tried them in your classroom?
I know about Straightforward. Macmillan's One the best coursebooks as well as Reward. In my book activites are given as methodology and theoretically. In my viewpoint the problem is here. :)))
