Russell Stannard and his training video

      Уважаемые коллеги!

Хотя конференция закончилась ,есть еще много практического материала , которым хотелось бы поделиться.

      Вот один из них:

      2-New Videos

This month the new videos are really for language teachers. They can be used with any languages. The first is a tool that lets you make avatars ( talking characters) and can be used in several languages. This has loads of potential in language teaching. It is called Voki

The next tool is Sketchcraft. I love this tool and it can be used to teach any language. It is so easy but has so much potential. You can get students to draw or write things and record themselves talking about them too. They can then send the link to the teacher. So great for getting the students to talk.

      3-Short Videos

A couple of new short videos too. The first one is a reminder of a great tool I have pointed out in the past. It shows you how to make a "talking potato" and is loads of fun with younger learners and really easy to use

The second one is  a new tool that is similar to Wordle but does a bit more.

      4-Blast from the past

There is so much content on TTV.com now that you may have missed some old gems that I put up. So each newsletter I am going to remind you about one great tool that is on the site. If you don't know about Dvolver, then watch this video set. A great tool for any language teacher and always really popular when I show it at presentations. It is fun, simple and within 5 minutes you will be able to use it.   http://www.teachertrainingvideos.com/volver/index.html
