I have commenced an English course for non English teachers who teach in the secondary classes in the schools of Chilaw Education Zone in Sri Lanka. English as a second language in the curriculum of the country for ordinary and advanced level students , it attracts the interest of every teacher to develop his or her Eglish language skills so that  it would pave the path for them to improve their profession and at the same time be armed with new knowledge to serve better. English language skill development would help them to face the current challenge of teaching in the classroom making the students learn through exploration.
