Hi there, everybody!
This blog will be my diary on teaching English in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
I currently teach 1-1 classes; I started in 2003 and this is not my main occupation - but I really enjoy learning and teaching!

Hi Rogerio
How's the teaching going? I haven't taught 1-1 classes for a long time, but I remember when I did feeling quite unprepared for them (having trained to teach groups). Did you train to teach 1-1?

Hi Rob!
Sorry for not answering before... :(
I haven't trained... not even to teach groups - which I first did in 2003. After working for a language school for 1 year I decided to teach at home in my 'free time' - since I have been working for higher education institutions - not as a teacher - since 1998. I work with regulation and accreditation matters (educational law).
Nowadays I teach 1-1 on Saturdays, in the evenings (twice a week) and write articles for Brazilian beginner students at http://www.inglesonline.com.br.
Let's keep in touch! :)
