I'm doing my thesis related with "concept checking questions" or CCQs..

spesifically it tells about how this technique works better than drilling ( in teaching present perfect tense). there are so many teachers in my country who use drilling after they have explained the rules of some tenses. but for me it seems focus on the pattern only rather than meaning beyond the structures. so i want to prove that this technique is more effective than drilling.

that's why I need referenced books / website about that.
