It`s my first week in a Japanese senior high school as an ALT (Assistant Language Teacher) and I`m worried trying to find out what to do!

They`re asking me to make lesson plans and there`s three different grades levels, eight different teachers to work with, and having never seen a class in action I haven`t the foggiest what to expect or what the students` levels are like.

Perhaps the best thing to do is just to come up with some different ideas about possible lesson plans and then adapt them to the class. I can always do the introduction thing: Introduce myself and ask the students to tell me about themselves!
